Symbolically, it marks <strong>a time of transition<\/strong> \u2014 between harvest and winter, light and dark, completion and renewal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember11547\">For those of us 50 and beyond, this season mirrors our own lives. We stand between the vitality of what\u2019s been and the potential of what\u2019s next. Physically, our bodies evolve. (WUSUT)<\/strong> invite you to embrace your season of transition \u2014 and make it your most vital yet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Re-name your season.<\/strong> What are you harvesting \u2014 and what are you planting? <em>Example:<\/em> Write down three things you\u2019ve accomplished this year (your harvest), and one habit or project you want to grow next (your seed). Reflection brings direction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Re-fuel your energy.<\/strong> Sleep, nutrition, and joyful movement aren\u2019t luxuries; they\u2019re longevity tools. <em>Example:<\/em> Set a \u201cdigital sunset\u201d 30 minutes before bedtime, prepare one colorful meal each day, or schedule a short walk after lunch. Small shifts fuel renewed vitality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Re-define success.<\/strong> Swap titles for meaning. Align your time with what truly matters. <em>Example:<\/em> Replace \u201cbusy\u201d with \u201cintentional\u201d \u2014 say yes to what aligns with your purpose, and no to what drains your energy.
