2023 1st Quarter WUSUT Review

The Quarter in Review from Wake Up, Shake Up, Thrive!

What do Roman gods have to do with amplifying your time and energy?

As we wrap the first quarter of the year here at Wake Up, Shake Up, Thrive!, we’d love to take a moment to connect as we share some important updates. We’re continuously looking for ways to celebrate and look ahead, so what better way to do that than by measuring our progress with inspiration from the months themselves?

The name January comes from Janus or Ianus, the Roman god of passage and new beginnings and the keeper of the gate

Whether we’re looking backward or forwards like Janus, the Wake Up, Shake Up, Thrive team is always looking for chocolate! In January, a select group of our clients found what they were looking for with a special delivery of Swiss chocolate from us. If you are in Europe, schedule a discovery call with us to discover if our favorite kind of chocolate is the same as yours!

Speaking of gateways, have you met our book publisher and gatekeeper, Paul Smith? After several years of only communicating via phone and email, we were graced with Paul’s presence IRL (that’s In Real Life!). Despite not speaking the language, he designed and published our book “en Français”. With his hard work and guidance, we were able to share our book at the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Synergie Marathon in the Fall of 2022 reaching French speakers worldwide. To that, we said: “Oui, s’il vous plaît!”

In January, we also attacked entrepreneurship with our article about “5-star Senior-Preneurs”, Discover why junior start-ups don’t have a “fighting” chance next to aged 50+ entrepreneurs!

February is named after Februa, the Roman ritual of cleansing.

A common modern purification ritual is streaming shows and movies after a busy day. Just as entertaining and probably more relevant, why not stream our Thrive Guide Alive video series on your device, which we shared for free in the month of February?

Watching our short video series leads to insights about THE most common questions we get from our coaching clients.

Your takeaways include:

  • Five-minute videos to inspire thriving relationships
  • Real experiences and examples beyond what you’ll find in our book
  • Your shortcut to amazing nuggets of life-changing information
  • A way to save you time and energy with our favourite and most impactful tips for each dimension of well-being
  • A mobile tool you can take with you anywhere, anytime, to listen, watch, and WUSUT!

Shareable content for friends, family, and coworkers- we can not think of a better way to nurture relationships than by sharing!

“Excellent videos – you and Dominique are lucky to have found each other.”

“Superb video series!”

If you missed your opportunity to snag Thrive Guide Alive for free in February, email us here, and we’ll ensure you get it!

March stands for Mars, the Roman god of war.

In March, we showed how we’re fighting for 50+ employees with an overview of Wake-Up, Shake-Up, Thrive published in the March French Forbes “coup de cœur.” For non-French speakers, our English language blog recaps the article explaining exactly who we are, what we do, and how we help.
